Yes, there are additional travel and convenience fees based on your location. Our prices vary depending on the distance from our base in Ft. Myers Iona. We also offer additional services like witness provision, emergency after-hours notarizations, and more. Please refer to the Pricing section for a full list of fees.
Yes! We provide notarization for estate planning documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and living trusts. Estate planning packages can vary in price, from $125 for simpler packages to $250 for more complex ones. Please note that two impartial witnesses are required for these services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 2 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will incur full travel charges. If you’re not present at the scheduled time or refuse to sign, the travel fee will still apply.
Yes, we can notarize documents for use in other states and even internationally, as long as they meet the legal requirements for notarization in Florida. If the document needs an apostille or further certification, we can guide you through the process.
Yes, we can provide a witness for your notarization for an additional fee of $25 per witness. Please let us know in advance if you need witness services.
